I have seen his website. He is using the names of all Health ministry

Institutions .While we proceed against him thro'official channels,it would

be good if you all combine together and rubbish his claim. He should be

taken to court for cheating the public with his misleading claims.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply. We agree with your words that till Dr

P.S.V.Satyanayayana proves what he claims in from of the medical team,

he shall not publicize his website and treatment methodology for HIV cure.

Now the next step is to stop him from advertising and using your (NACO) and

ICMR name in his Website. Are you going to take the responsibility of doing it

or you would like us to do it for you and/for the benefits of the patients.

We also hope that you must have browsed his website address www.gpinstitute.com

in which the doctor Dr P.S.V.Satyanayayana has claim of treating the patients

and boldly used your name. We look forward to hear you.

With regards,

Meenu/Sanjeev/Anil

This is absolutely a fictitous claim and has no basis.Neither NACO nor ICMR

have given any support to him nor substantiated his claim. If he is claiming

that he has a cure he should demonstrate it before a panel of scientists

from ICMR.Otherwise he can be criminally charged for " cheating " .

It is known that the Kerala High Court has issued an order on another

of this kind Mr Majid asking him to desist from making such claims.

Respected All,

Please Help us with the truth. Your knowledge and experience will

help us in making the appropriate referrals to these people. One of the

patient effected with HIV has shared this information with us and we are

very much concerened.

We just want to know whether truly they are affiliated to NACO & ICMR

or they are just doing the trials with the HIV effected. In the website address

www.gpinstitute.com and Dr P.S.V.Satyanayayana claims that he has cured HIV

effected people. The name of NACO and ICMR is also written on the Home page,

because of which we are seeking confirmation from every one.

We look forward to hear the expert opinion from all.

With regards,

Meenu/Sanjeev/Anil
