This is not very helpful at all. The person who asked wants to know

what to do. I'd also be very interested in knowing what else works

for this since none of the $20000 I spent to get rid of my toxins and

my daughter's heavy metal toxicitiy worked. I thought a couple

hundred dollars was very cheap compared to all the other therapies and

supplements and diets we tried that didn't work.

Please let us know what else works to remove this junk because seeing

the best naturopaths and environmental docs and reading hundreds of

books in two languages did not find us anything else and certainly

nothing cheaper. Some of the people who call me for consultations are

broke and on disability and I would love to have something else to

offer them that has no side effects and something that is guaranteed

to work on everyone within 30 days and that's cheaper.

Have you checked the iodine group? From what I understand the

body needs sufficient iodine to get rid of metals... and the USRDA

is far too low, requiring supplementation.

Iodine can help to detoxify mercury from the thyroid. Now, the

question is, once it's out of the thyroid, where does it go? If the

liver, bowels and kidneys are in perfect working order some of it may

even leave the body but for the most part if not taken with a chelator

it will simply be redeposited elsewhere. Better for the thyroid if

that's a problem but not so good for the other area of the body that

gets affected. Of course the thyroid affects many functions and it is

important to keep it clean so it's a bit of a tossup. I wouldn't load

with iodine without a chelator.

Hi ,

Iodine makes total sense. I have a very underactive thyroid and my doctor put

me on

iodoral. Maybe staying with that will help with the metals too.
