Guest guest
I guess since nearly all Republican Governors (in addition to the Democratic ones) feel as I do, this can't be considered " political " . However, it is strongly anti Bush! If there was ever a person who was NOT compassionate and who claimed to be so, it is the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. In a few months, Medicaid services will be significantly shifted to more state responsibility --- so --- if you live in one of the " enlightened " states and have a son or daughter or other loved one, you may be okay. BUT, if not, beware! Let me be fair, I do NOT think that Medicaid funds should be used for Doc training – and this will go away under the Bush plan. But, payment to those folks who NEED Medicaid to get their basic services will undoubtedly be harmed. Oh sure, Bush says they can always go to the ER. Is that what you want for your loved one??? As you can tell, I'm mad as hell and will be so glad when the current occupant of 1600 is a fading memory! Sorry if I've stepped on too many toes, but ---- as I said --- I'm mad as hell at what damage has been done during the past 7 years.
