to purchase the product that is used on the skin.

I have been to several websites that are recommended for information

about magnesium chlorite...

Chloride with a D this time, not a T. Easy to get mixed up on that since we

harp the other way about sodium chlorite.

Mix Mag Chloride (Japanese nigari, NOT Chinese!) at about one part into 2 or

3 parts water to make mag oil. Rub it anywhere you like but watch out for an

itch or sticky feeling on some parts. To soak feet, use about a quarter of a

cup or about 60 ml. For a body soak use about a cup or 250 ml in a bathtub.

For soaks, water should be about 110F and soak for at least 20 minutes but

40 is better maybe.

>2) Where exactly can this be purchased?<

http://www.naturalimport.com/shop_for_nigari for the US, but aren't you in

Oz?

the amount to apply or is it sort of hit and miss? <

Look to www.magnesiumforlife.com for more info.

My little opinions- Don't overdo this and get overloaded on chlorides, but

it's still a real good thing to do. Magnesium Citrate before bed is good for

sleep. Magnesium Taurate is really good for the heart.

Thanks for all the info. and I'm from Manhattan, not Oz.

One more question:

You mention taking different types of mag. I thought the Mag oil would

be sufficient for my mag needs. I have only been able to take Mag

glycinate chelated because of the aforementioned diarrhea problem with

all other mag products. My understanding is that Mag (in genral) is

good for the heart, sleep, muscular issues, etc. If mag oil is not

going to address everything I'll stick to my glycinate.
