Guest guest
What state are you in? Do you have easy religious exemptions? I am in Maine. DH and I have jobs working very closely with children day in and day out. We were told before hire that we would need to be up to date on all vaccines and have a TB test. We just told them that we have a religious belief against vaccines and offered to do the TB blood test instead of the PPD test. They took it all in stride - really, you can't discriminate in hiring based on religious beliefs. But if your state doesn't have an easy religious exemption, they may be able to give you a hard time.
