Guest guest
The response that I'm recieving I get the impression that you haven't experienced much with the system. They do review the information in detail. Parents sitting and waiting for it process to change isn't the answer. Voices need to be heard. It's not like sitting at your child's IEP meeting having a voice with your child's educations and agreeing on choices. You see how visable Austim Speak is and the publicity Austim gets. Why because those parents are out there making sure they are getting the most of every thing. That what has to be done to stop waiting list, getting funding those things only happen with a group of parents voices. Austim Speaks as a NASCAR sponsering them. If you respond to this I would be interested in the age of the person with the disability.
