Congradulation I also won my workers comp and will also get paid till I

die workers comp doesnt have a retirment clause I been on workers comp

since 1999 one thing I was recieving full workers comp until my lawyer

had to win permentacy once he won he now takes 33% of my workers comp

check. But i get SSDI and workers comp. so I cant complain. is your

attorny getting a portion of your workers comp check? Mike group

-no my lawyer got paid from workers comp that was one part of it I

wanted workers comp to pay it not me and the courts order them to pay

it. so I get full payments and ssd.

Sorry to hear about your doctor. Where do you live? Maybe someone in group lives

near you and can recommend a doctor.

Enjoy your trip. A cruise is a great vacation.

thank you I live in new york and yes a cruise is what we need its

been a very hard year.

with me it came out of back pay and the courts order workers come to

pay it. its is 15% of what you get from back pay no more no less. see

I was getting payed my full payments, then in Jan they cut me 200.00

every two weeks my Dr said I can never work again but workers comp Dr

said I can for 4 hours but that I can not take my med when I work now

how can you do that with rsd. so the courts put me at 100% can never

work again. and told them to pay me back pay and keep 15% for lawyer.

the lawyer in NY cant get more then 15% the courts told me . 33% is

very very high.

That's Great ! You will have a Great time. We just got back from

a cruise we have had a roughf two years. Won my disability this last
