Her name is Margaret Lindt. Her number is 559-635-9953. Most ins co's will cover hers. I paid nothing for mine but an office visit is like $85 for her. She had the letter written and faxed to Dr Z 2 days later. The letter is $15. SHe asked me why i was doing it, what other diets I have tried, if I understand the risks, and if I have gone to support groups and spoken to other people who have had the surgery. She then asked what other surgeries I have had and if I am familar with how tough the recovery can be. If you decide to call her, you wont be sorry. I called my SIL and gave her the info...my SIL lives in Tulare...she said Dr. Lindt sounded perfect and was going to give her a call.
