Guest guest
hey Sue!!! first, i want to congratulate you on becoming one of our moderators!!! i have been in the hospital and was unable to send this to you...sorry this is late!!! also..diet is NOT the only reason for high cholesterol ...it plays a big role usually, but some thin folks who watch their diets closely can also have these problems due to family history. if you have a family history of high cholesterol it is a factor also. watch your carbs...breads, cakes, sweets, rice, potatoes...pasta.in other words all the yummy stuff lol)..you can eat them, but in moderation only...try measuring these foods..for example...have 1 cup of pasta with a nice salad and a cup of broccoli instead of rolls and a huge plate full of pasta....just some suggestions that might help. while working, i would counsel patients...but you know what...it is so easy to say and not that easy to do....lol hope this helps and once again, i am proud of you...congrats...and thanks for the upcoming help in the future as our newest moderator!!!! **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget?
