Sorry you're feeling so bad Kim. I just got over the " crude " ! Lasted 3 weeks

for me. I have to say my daughter picked me up a Netipot (nasal irrigator) and

it worked wonders. I had never heard of it before and it took a few times to

work it properly but it really helped clean me out.

Maybe your pain level is associated with the weather. Has it been colder/wetter

where you live. I know the cold always affects me....I had to turn my stim up

also yesterday. And we all know when we turn it up to the point it's almost

unbearable, it's a toss up between that or pain. I kept mine turned up and

eventually I got used to it!! Hope you feel better soon.

Subject: Rough Day

Well I do not know why today decided to be different but I woke up very crappy

feeling. I have a cruddy cough and feel yucky so that may be contributing to my

feelings. I feel like I just want to crawl back in bed and not get up today. I

have work to do that I am behind on and I do not even want to start on it today

sigh.

My pain levels were up today I had to take more meds and up my stim levels quite

a bit today to even start to cover it.

Hopefully it will settle down soon

Yes I had to turn my stim up quite a bit today to compensate for the increase in

the pain. I do feel that the weather does make the pain worse even now with the

stim.

We had snow here yesterday and rain so it was cold, wet and yuck which always

makes my pain levels increase.
