Problems Charging battery

Hey guys

Here I go again lol. OK my programmer says my battery power is less than 1/4 so

I got my charger out and tried to get it to work. I cannot get it to get any

bars on the screen. I got hubby to work with me so if I was not just getting it

in the right spot or something. He was unable to get it on the right spot as

well. AT one time we had 4 bars on the screen but it only lasted like 1 min then

we got the no communication error screen.

We are going to try it again tonight he read the book again which states that we

need to hit the start screen after we change the antenna which we were not doing

but I cannot believe that it is that hard to get connection between the antenna

and the device. I mean the device is 2 inches long the antenna is huge!

I am very small as well I weigh 125 so I know its not a matter of it having to

go through a lot of fatty tissue. I was using the device directly on the skin.

My rep showed me how to do it in the drs office last week when I went in for a

check up and he had problems getting it to show up too. He finally got a few

bars on skin so he told me to do it directly on the skin.

Anyway I wanted to ask does anyone else here have issues like this when you are

charging???? Or is this somethign that is unusual?

If we cannot get any better luck tonight I am calling the rep tomorrow to see if

maybe I have a piece of defective equipment. I do not want to be stuck over Xmas

holidays with a dead battery on my stimulator and no one around to help me!
