First my

| computer broke, and then due to my husband moving his business, we had

| financial problems and I was without a phone, and I am very sorry in not

| answering you soon. Well, I forwarded to you some email I got concerning

| anthrax vaccine, which I disagree about it, and wanted you to read it

| also wanted to inform you that my son Cpl. on February 4,

1999,

| was force into taking the vaccine, he told me it was either take the

vaccine,

| or go to jail, loose rank, benefits, and you know the rest. My son since

| know as well as I have been against this vaccine for many months. He

told me

| that on this particular day the put the vaccine on him and he was given a

| contaminated vaccine and I think expired or about to be expired. I told

him

| over the telephone to email you and let you know, he also told me that he

had

| rash on his hands and arms and I advise him to go to the hospital. I

just got

| my phone back on service today, but have not talked to my son since last

| Thursday, the day he received the vaccine. He also told me that he had

an

| argument with the doctor because he was refusing to give him the lot

number

| and expiration date, but finally the doctor gave him the information, to

his

| surprise and anger that he had been vaccinated with a contaminated

vaccine.

| As soon as I talk to him again I will let you know how he is doing. I am

very

| angry and upset about this situation, that he had to take the vaccine

because

| if not he would be sent to jail, and loose his rank and benefits. He

choose

| to get the vaccine, my son has never ever been in trouble with the law,

and

| has never ever seen what a jail looks like, and this is what the military

is

| doing to our children, they don't have no say, he could had refused it

like he

| had told me, but jail was not in his future. And to get a contaminated

| vaccine, it is unforgiving. I will let you know, what I hear from him.
