Defense fund established for Sergeant Mike Kipling

As many of you know, Sgt. Mike Kipling is facing court martial for

refusing the anthrax vaccine. The cost of his defence is estimated to

run

between $25,000 - $100,000. This is a precedent setting case.

As I understand it, those who have refused vaccines previously have been

discharged. The repercussions associated with this turn of events is

that

military personnel will be faced with fines (perhaps in excess of

$2000), demotion and up to 2 years in prison - all because they wish to

protect

their health.

This is precisely what the Kiplings are facing now. Mike has had

previous adverse reactions to vaccines. He has very good reason to

refuse this

highly experimental and inadequately tested vaccine - as do many others.

This case will determine how Canadian military personnel will be treated

in the future regarding anthrax vaccination and any other vaccines that

will be introduced in the future. It is vital that we respond

immediately.

The Eagle Foundation Inc., of Winnipeg Manitoba, have agreed to handle

donations for the Kipling's defence fund. They were established in 1995,

by a group of chiropractors, to assist a family who required funding for

legal costs following their daughter's adverse reaction (autism) to the

MMR

vaccine. Recently, The Eagle Foundation began assisting a second family

whose child was severely brain damaged from a vaccine. Now, they have

opened their doors to help the Kiplings.

Mike and Francine Kipling desperately need our help to cover the cost of

legal representation. They have said that if there are any funds left

over,

they will be retained by The Eagle Foundation in order to help other

families who require help due to vaccine injuries.

Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Please send

donations to:

The Eagle Foundation

c/o 154 Provencher Blvd.

The fund must be identified on the cheque. Please make the cheques

payable to:

Thank you,

Diodati
