Well, I went to see my commander again today. He told me that my appeal was

denied. I looked over the package they had and noticed a letter typed by the

Assistant Judge Advocate. He typed a letter suggesting that they deny my

appeal. He put that I am " not a first offender with respect for disregard to

authority. " He proceeded to explain another incident when I had supposedly

disobeyed another order. I don't know where he got his information from. He

must have made it up or something because I have never disobeyed an order prior

to the anthrax issue. But again, they just want to make an example out of me.

I'm taking the letter to my lawyer tomorrow. I don't know what good it will do

but I should at least be able to get it removed from my file. Thanks to all of

you for your support.

Classic railroading. It is so sad that we the young Airman/NCO's have more

pride and integrity than the " Officers appointed above us " ... What a

crock, good luck to you.
