Neither am I Randi (a legal scout that is), however maybe you can find a few

clues in the UCMJ. I've book marked a link below. You can surf the whole

UCMJ at the link. In addition, the rules could probably be expanded

somewhat for you because of your technician status. Maybe you know a few

officers that may fit some of these profiles?

Hello List, I'm looking for some answers: I read what Tx had to send on Aug

15th titled:

Legal Considerations Within the Vaccine

Unfortunately, I'm not a legal scout, so some of this I found confusing. If

anyone here who is a legal scout can answer a question, I'd be greatly

appreciated:

If someone has a recorded systemic reaction to the anthrax vaccine, and they

are forced to get another one, what are the recourses? If what I have heard

is correct, the military is not exempt from malpractice are they? If not,

are they exempt from negligence? If they are not exempt from either, how

far

can this be taken? What I'm referring to is: how far up the chain can

people be held accountable either for malpractice or negligence, pending

that

all are aware of the systemic reaction. Can someone help me out, please?

Thanks.
