Newburgh, NY- A former NBC Warfare instructor will be testifying

before the Government Reform Committee in Washington DC on September 29,

1999. Bill Mangieri will present testimony to the subcommittee on National

Security, Veterans Affairs, and International Relations this Wednesday at

10:00am, Room 2154, Rayburn Building.

Mr. Mangieri will be discussing the Department of Defenses’ mandatory Anthrax

Vaccination Immunization Program. He will focus on the impact of this program

on Guard and Reserve forces.

“I hope my testimony will provide further insight into the growing

controversy of the Anthrax vaccination program,” said Mangieri.

Mangieri’s story has been widely publicized because of his background in

weapons of mass destruction.

These hearings will influence the proposed legislation pending committee

action to bring H.R. 2548 and H.R. 2543 to the House floor.

Mr. Mangieri will be conducting interviews with the media in Washington DC

Tuesday night, September 28 and Wednesday the 29th in the afternoon hours.
