Well, hubby goes in this morning at 8am to watch the video and sit in on the

class that fills you with warm fuzzies ... then back to the boat .. where he

will refuse again ... and then wait til Monday for Capts Mast.

I hate waiting and not knowing ... each case is different, each command is

different ...

I spoke with my Congressman's office .. and apparently the Honorable Owen

Pickett has no opinion on such matters ... at least until legislation is out

....

His lackey told me that he doesn't make his opinion known until then ...

so he is covering his butt .. was also told that hubby needed to write a

letter ... and they would see what they could do .. I smell a form letter

coming on?

I did contact Mark Zaid and am keeping him posted .. thank you all for

hooking me up with his email address again.

I also spoke with my mom and she said that if / when the proverbial shit

does hit the fan ... we have a place to stay ... am also preparing for the

worst and working on hubbys resume ... I know that I have a job waiting on

me when we get home ... so money will be tight for a while ... but ...

I am trying to be optimistic but at this point I have been told so many

times .. " If you refuse the Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed then you will be a

civillian. "

So all I can do at this point is keep my head up .. support my husband for

doing the right thing and not waivering in his convictions ... and live it

one day at a time ....

Yesterday was very hard for him ... he was called Traitor, Quitter, Dirtbag,

and many other colorful things (you know the Navy mouth *grins*) ... and he

didn't lose faith in himself. Mind you it is just day one ... but I am very

proud of him.

And ... regardless of what the media / US Government or uninformed citizens

may say about this whole ordeal .. I am proud of you all ...

every last one of you ... You are what America is about ... You are the true

Patriots ... don't let anyone convince you otherwise ... standing alone and

standing up for what you believe in and willing to do so at whatever

consequences ... servicemembers, family members, and friends ... it is a

rough job and somewhere along the way ... people have forgotten what America

was founded on and have become sheep ready and willing to whatever the

government tells them to ... I just wanted to let you know ... you are not

less than anyone!!!

Okay that is my rant for now ... tomorrow hubby has duty so I will of course

be online trying to catch up and probably cleaning house ...
