Hi there,

Just wanted to say about colds and sinus's been connected to bleph....When our son Ethan was a baby he was very naselly for about a month or so, I asked the Dr if it had anything to do with bleph and he said probably not, as the sinus is not near there eyes and there flat bridge of there nose etc.... the sinus runs horizontally back from the nose if that makes any sense:)

I DO ACTUALLY THINK THAT MY DAUGHTER, MALLORY'S SEVERE COLDS AND

INFECTIONS ARE RELATED TO BPES. SO DOES HER PEDIATRICIAN, AND ALSO

THE GENE SPECIALIST TOLD US THAT ,BECAUSE HER NOSE IS SO SMALL HER

NASAL PASSAGES ARE SMALL AND HAVE A VERY HARD TIME DRAINING WHICH

LEADS TO INFECTION. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT AS SHE GREW THEY SHOULD

GET LESS SEVERE, AND THAT HAS HAPPENED. THE FIRST FEW COLDS SHE HAD

AS AN INFANT SHE COULD HARDLY BREATH. SINCE SHE HAS GOTTEN A LITTLE

OLDER MEDICATION AS WELL AS DECONGESTANT NOSE DROPS HELP, AND THE

STUFFINESS IS MUCH LESS SEVERE.
