Here's how it works, Rob: Women have PMS and it's not their fault. Men have

testosterone poisoning, which is totally their fault.

Celebrate Labor Day anyway. :^)

Can you tell me the source of the support for this recommendation on the

the best mushroom for cancer is not psk, but maitake-d fraction, at the rate

of 6.3 gms per day, will cause regression.

Isn't Vioxx an anti-inflamatory? If so, it rips up the intestional tract.

mannatech names more than ala vera in their product, and how could

they give dry alavera, without it losiing potency? It has food

sources to get these simple sugars from all over the world. I am

amazed at the changes i feel, and my infection is going down. I need

to get the sources of all the 8 missing sugars to maintain a diet

with these. Anyone out there that is in the know?

I am interested in learning more about Ginkgo Biloba for children with Ds, and I have heard this group talk about a separate study group that is ongoing. Could someone tell me how to get involved with that group as well. Thanks, PaigeJoanElder@... wrote: Ginkgo Biloba Extract Fights Anxiety Generalized anxiety disorder, or GAD, is defined as nearly

Result: the extract worked roughly as well as benzodiazepines, but was tolerated better, had fewer serious adverse effects and had no risk of dependence. Although the study will need to be repeated in a larger population to verify the efficacy of the extract, it is just one more example of how the combination of compounds in a natural botanical or botanical extract can perform on a par with single-compound synthetic drugs,

but with far fewer negatives. More attention needs to be given to this kind of research. See what's free at AOL.com.

Did the article indicate a dosage? I have an older daughter who is my "anxious, worry-wort." Thanks for posting.

<< Also, I keep getting the run around

as to the actual procedure to upgrade. Before I was kicked out, my old 1st

Sgt told me the legal office on base handles it, but they said no, the local

VA does. I called back in June when I was first eligible to do this, and

they said no, the base legal office does it. Does anyone know where to

start? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

>>

,

Your story sounds pretty familiar, but in a different way as to what you are

looking for.

I joined the army, and I was commissioned in a branch that I didn't want.

So, I asked everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE on post and everyone on post,

and I just couldn't get a straight answer, but I surely did after I wrote the

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff(Shalikashvilli back then), the Sec of

Defense(Aspin), Sec of the Army(togo West), and the President. Yes, I

finally got an answer, in paper, but it's a shame that NO ONE in the army

would give me a straight answer, but what do they expect???

I'm not exactly sure as to the answer to your question, but I would go

straight for the Congressional representative. I would write in the letter

to your Congressmen stating that NO ONE will give you a straight

answer.....and I would write down who did NOT give you a straight answer so

that the Congressman knows who is dependable and who is not(mostly not). I

would also enclose copies of the answers that you received from the VA and

other govt. agencies.

Good luck with your search!!!

Good luck w

Resume's now?? >>

First of all, to answer your second point, it's NEVER too early to start

sending out resumes. Look for military recrutiing firms in the back of the

army times, marines corps times, navy times, or air force times(if you were

an officer or an NCO).

Also, you might want to contact some friends who have gotten out of the

service...and maybe they can help you out with a job search. A fair amount

of Army posts that I have heard about had ACAP(Army Career and Alumni

Program) offices, and these ACAP offices can assist you in your transistion

from the military to the civilian world.

Be sure to get ALL of your paperwork ready...and make sure that you get a

DD 214(Statement of Military Service), which shows to employers that you were

in the military, and what you did, and how long you were in for, and what

awards and decorations you received. This is very helpful when applying for

state and federal jobs, such as working as a civilan employee for the same

post you are at(believe it or not), or the post office, police, teaching,

etc. A fair amount of government employers will give preference to those with

prior military experience.

Oh yea...almost forgot...maybe the VA can help you as well, since you will be

a veteran. On that note, maybe the VFW or American Legion can help you too...
