" ....Unknown Civil Court Action Pfc. M. O'Neil, Petitioner v. Secretary of the Navy; Commandant, U.S. Marine Corps, Respondents A continuence of the 11/22/99 civil action of Pfc. O'Neil v. Navy/Marine Corps will reconvene on Thursday, 12/2/99, at 10:00 a.m. at the Federal Court House in Pittsburgh, PA. The court room can facilitate between 200 and 300 individuals. The public is encouraged to attend. Mr. Font will be seated at the right side of the court room. Everyone interested parent, husband, wife, sibling of a service member directly or indirectly effected by the Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program should try to be present. Members of the military that feel they have become ill from the anthrax vaccine is also welcomed to be present. Mr. Louis Font of the law firm Font & Glazer, Brookline, MA, is the attorney for the Petitioner. Mr. Font has practiced law for more than 22 years as an independent civilian legal counsel in the military courts, and as an attorney in state and federal civilian court. He holds degrees from the US Military Academy at West Point, New York (B.S. 1968, with Honors), Harvard University's F. Kennedy School of Government (MPA 1972), and Yale Law School (JD 1975).
