Guest guest
Hi...I think I have posted a picture of Caylie in her folder just a few days post-op....this is the only surgery she has had to date. Hope it helps, Trish blepharophimosis Photos of sling Can anyone direct me to photos of themselves or their child after the frontalis sling procedure? In the post-op report we received on Micah it said they did the frontalis sling with silicone rods along with the Y-V canthiolplasty. However, we received photos today of him 1 month post-op and it does not look to me like they did the sling procedure. (No scars above the eyebrows, etc.) I was wondering if I could tell by looking at someone else's photos. We now have all of the necessary approvals - immigration, etc. and are just waiting for " the call " saying we can travel to South Korea to bring him home! We are hoping it will be very soon. Thank you! April Eisele, Colorado, USA wife to Jon Mommy to three little blessings from Korea: Mira, Misha & Micah - waiting to come home! Guest guest
Thank you so much! Okay, now I don't know. By the way - your little guy looks GREAT! I will scan pictures in and post them. Although, Micah was being goofy and closed his eyes when he smiled! (He does that a lot in photos and I know he is goofing around because I have seen ones of him smiling and his eyes are still open. LOL!) So there isn't a really good photo of his eyes straight on. Thanks again for your help! Guest guest
Thank you, Trish! Caylie is adorable! The three incisions above her eyebrows is what I expected to see on Micah and did not. And his picture was one month post-op. How soon did they fade on Caylie? Thank you so much for sharing with me! It helps more than you know. It is hard to know our son, who we have never even met, is going through surgeries, etc. and we are not there. Thanks again, April --- Trish <tganam@...> wrote: > Hi...I think I have posted a picture of Caylie in > her folder just a few > days post-op....this is the only surgery she has had > to date. Guest guest
When the dr. did my sons they did them right in both eye brows so you wouldn't be able to see the scares .......My surgeon tries as hard as she can to hide the marks ...because from what i see ..they almost always leave a mark. april Eisele <aprileisele@...> wrote: Thank you, Trish!
