Guest guest
Shireen, I was wondering.....on the home page where it shows that there are new photos added...is there a way to highlight who put new photos in. I enjoy very much seeing the progress of the children and have no idea which photos have been the ones recently added. blessings, amy West Mifflin, PA > Hi Everyone > We ran out of space again. Guest guest
Hi Amy There is a way, but it is not perfect. -------------------------------------- First I will explain the method: -------------------------------- 1. Log into the group as normal 2. Click on Photos 3. On the right of the screen, just above the button called " Move " , you will see a link called " List " . Click on it. You will see the albums represented in a list. 4. Underneath the button called " Move " , click on " Last Modified " . You will see the most recent modified folders at the top of the list. 5. Click on the name of the folder, you will now see a list of photos, and when they were modified (or should I say " added " ) Why isn't this " perfect " ? ------------------------- Because we are constantly running out of space, so I have to go into the folders, look for the files that are more than 100K, copy them to my hard disk, resize them, crop them, and then post them again (deleting the older bigger copy), taking great care to retain the description. So whenever I do that, the " modified " date changes. How can people help? --------------------- A. Please try to post files which are less than 100K. B. When you post a picture, if it is a large file, makes a small version of it, as well as a big version. If you click on the picture itself, you will see the larger version (only if you posted a big file). What you might like to do is to delete the larger version. You can do this by clicking on the link immediately above the large version, which is called " Delete full size only " . This is what I have to do when the site gets full and nobody can go into it. I look for pictures where the large version is big, and there is a similar photo on the site. Hope that this helps. Let me know if I can provide you with any more information.
