Guest guest
Hi to anyone reading this. My name is sarah, I am 28 years old and live in the north of England. I was born with ptosis and have never heard of bleph before I found this group. Nobody in my family has ptosis and I only ever met someone else with ptosis when I had two operations in London when I was seven and eight years old, which I remember little about. I have been facinated by everyones messages and worried about some e.g. fertility. I was always under the impression that ptosis was a visual thing and nothing else. I just got married May 2005 and have recently been thinking of when we decide to have children. I understand there is a 50% chance of me passing ptosis onto my child which worries me a bit. My own childhood was very happy and I had many close friends, there were a few ignorant people in my teenage years but I am a very happy and relaxed person and I just ignored everything. I really enjoyed school because I new if i did well this would be my path in life. I have been to three universities which was the best time of my life, although getting married did top that. I hope to find out further information from my medical records to find out if I have bleph or ptosis. Thank you for reading.
