Update she is 3 months already !

Hi All..

failed her hearing test in her right ear again. The dr.

assures

me not to worry that she has mucus and it may take up to 12 weeks to

clear and babies with this have a 99% chance of having no hearing

loss

after everything is cleared up. Considering she hears nothing in that

ear right now ....I am worried.

We also saw her Opthomologist today for one last long before

surgery.

He is 100% positive she needs the surgery. So with her Ocular plastic

surgeon and Opthomologist is agreement we are going to have her lids

lifted ( minimal lift right now) They are very concerned about her

vision in her right eye. She will be tested ( this amazes me that

they

know if a 3 month old will need glasses ot not ) after her surgery

when

they can get a better look into her eyes.

So all in all ....I am sick to my stomach but know the Good Lord

provides ( not a very religious person here ...but learning to have

faith). She goes in for surgery the 16th of September ...so I will

keep everyone posted. Hugs Sharon
