Dear Mr. Prasada Rao,

I am writing this mail in the hope that this will pass the scrutiny of the

censors who pass of as the moderators of the AIDS-India list. This pertains to

the long mail posted by Maitreya and Dr. Jayashree. I have truncated the message

for the sake of brevity, but being on this list you have surely read it. This is

to urge you deviate from the traditional silence of Naco and to respond to the

very pertinent criticism that has been raised by them. It must be obvious even

to you that the concerns they raise are very real, and that they have a VERY

real significance if we are to anything meaningful about the AIDS pandemic.
