Guest guest
Good news....the Dr. called to say that because Caylie is that stressed out about it, we do not have to give them to her anymore. I guess the cream is good enough for now...phew!! Trish blepharophimosis Post-Surgery Drops Hi All, Caylie had surgery on the inner corners of her eyes yesterday. All went well, but I am really having trouble getting those eye drops in this morning. There are 2 types of drops, and an antibiotic cream. The tear drops are fine, but the antibiotic ones sting, and we had a one hour freak out this morning over them. When she was a baby, this was WAY easier, but now that she is 4 she is much stronger, and has a WAY louder voice....I think the neighbours think I am torturing her. My heart has broken for her too many times in the last 24 hours, and I just feel like I can't do this to her after all she has been through. I know it is what is best and that this is what she needs, but it's killing me....any suggestions on how to make this whole drop process easier for her (and mom?). Thanks, Trish

Guest guest
Yeah Trish, so glad that worked out. When my son scratched his cornea, he was three, he would hide the antibiotic drops, my heart was sure with you! karen
