Dear All:

I think interacting to develop a plan for global funds is important and yo have

rightly said. while we put our differences we all can fight for a common cause.

We must also ensure that this linkage would ensure representations from varied

organizations and perspectives including disciplines. Any programme that is

planned must ensure sustainablity through monitoring and evaluation.
