Guest guest
I have posted pics of my beautiful grandson after removal of his tear duct tubes and YV Canthoplasty surgery. Still a happy little boy mind you . Of course I cried, but mainly it was because I so wanted to be there for his surgeries, and of course the memories of his daddy (my first born) having his first surgery so long ago. I am a believer that the surgery is much harder for the parents and grandparents then for our wonderful children. This pics were taken the day after surgery. Guest guest
Deb, He is such a trooper! He is still smiling - what a guy. Crystal told me they did a " different kind " of canthoplasty - not the YV but she couldn't recall what the doctor had called it. I will be interested to hear about what it was called and how this new technique is different. I'm glad Jordan is doing so well. Guest guest
well I'm not sure then. It is the same they used on my son and his father. He is a trooper, mostly since they quit using those horrible restraints on his arm. Crystal must of had school because she got off line as soon as she knew I posted the pics. I am already saving for when his next surgery comes. Hopefully Crystal will have more time on line tomorrow. She had a busy day at work today.
