Prodigals’ Home, a leading NGO in the Northeast is

looking for candidates to lead its health sector:

Post: Programme Coordinator

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that

the necessary human resources and systems are in place

to achieve the project's goal and to report on

achievements. Some of the responsibilities include:

Implementing and evaluating approved programmes to

meet objective.

Supervising and motivating project staff in the

implementation of planned operations.

Undertake situational analysis and evaluation research

to bring in a desired impact to the programme.

Desired qualification and experience:

Post Graduate degree in relevant social science

discipline.

Proven ability to conceive, implement, evaluate and

report on strategic and operational plans to achieve

results.

Research skills with experience of working with a

research team preferably in HIV/AIDS sector

At least 3 years experience in project management

including control of budgets, preferably in HIV/AIDS

programme/health

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration: 1,20000- 25,000 per annum + HRA
