Dear Forum members,

It is happy news for India, but not for people living

with HIV/AIDS in India. This money will strenthen the

Institutions infrastructure, attending the conference

at Star hotels , Flying in the Airlines and BIG

salaries for the so called experts/consultants.

But

the poor people living with HIV does not have even

proper meal to eat. And what about access to treatment

mainly Anti retro viral therapy.

Out of frustration.....
