help dealing with gunky eyes

hello everyone,

it has been awhile since i have last posted. my daughter is now 4

months old and she is having a alot of water and gunk coming from her

left eye it is so much gunk that her eye is getting sores on them from

being wiped to much. Is there something that i can put on her eyes to

help with that? or is there a certain thing i should use when cleaning

her eye? it is becoming hard for her to use the eye because it is to

sore and hurts to open and all the gunk is making it very difficult as

well. any advice on dealing with this will be very helpful for i feel

so horrible cause i can't do anything about it to help her as i am

sure many of you have felt the same way at times. thank you in advance.
