Guest guest
Dear Angura Begum, DMSC, I am disappointed...... I arrived in West Bengal on 2nd Nov in time for Divali. I made a special trip to your office on Saturday 9th November arriving in the early afternoon. I was assisted to find your location by someone who knows the organisation. Members of your staff were seated in a 4 w drive vehicle and despite being introduced we were rudely told to make an appointment by a male person sitting in the front seat. I left West Bengal on 12th without having touched base with your organisation. My primary purpose was to meet you and hear first hand how jurisprudence works or doesn't work in West Bengal. It is not the only place in India where it doesn't and I am seeking to develop some training programs that might be incorporated into Police training academies like they are in our country starting in Hyderabad and eventually moving to State based Police training institutions. It would have been helpful if some more fruitful discussions could have been fitted in to my 10 day visit.
