Thank you for sending this. As one who's is intolerant of carotenes, I

feel like a loner out there in veggie world. I tend to follow a more

'alternative' lifestyle in some areas, and it seems as if most in these

circles strive to be vegetarian or vegan, which I am SOOOOO not!!!!!

I have done a lot of research on the vitamin A deal, and agree with this

here.

I tend to follow the 'diet' espoused here.
