Department: SalesReporting to: Customer Marketing ManagerCat: 8No of positions: 01Contract: Permanent PURPOSE Assist and support the Customer marketing department in administration management in order to contribute in the achievement of their goals. QUALIFICATION REQUIRED University graduate or national diploma in management. At least one year in similar function or in administrative role. A good knowledge of how the promotions are managed, purchase to pay procedures and key controls needed will be necessary. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Customer Marketing Support- Collect and analyze weekly activities report from the field - Follow up all request to procurement.- Follow up Budget- Define and execution of customer marketing record policy.- Dispatch of material to agencies and regional teams.- Administer task related to regional activities at HQ - Manage field complains- Act as Customer marketing representative for key activities controls - Ensure all key controls document are produced and well recorded.
