Feel Apprehensive about the AIDS data

Dear Mr.Prasada Rao,

The recent AIDS data, provided by you, gives us reasons to feel happy. Yet like

many others I also feel apprehensive about the whole thing.

I have been engaged in AIDS prevention campaign for past six years and neither

find much change in people's attitude towards the issue, nor any significant

improvement in their level of knowledge regarding the issue. The stigma has not

lessened, so people feel shy to come out openly.

Kindly through some light on the matter.
