Dear All,

Already our prayers are being heard!! The Main parties are making demands. Let us not consider any outragious, but rather the items on list of agenda to beginn the negotiayions and discussions. Meanwhile lets also put the mechanisms for peace and security as priority. As an urgent matter in the process parliamemnt should be convened so that the elected MPS begin to discuss the emergency under sane environment rather that in the press. They should follow all procedures agreed upon und the IPPG in managing the reamaining proceedures including the appointment of nomonated MPs and election of Speaker. Then a national interparty disaster mangement committee be forme. This structure sahould be cascaded to the community level (with village representatives) in the rural aresa and cell representatives in the urban areas, two thirds (2/3) should be women since they

will be more farmiliiar with needs at community level. A system for rapid communocation to the national monitoring committee should be established.

Parliament should then deliberate on the other issues of formation of government. If we believe in democracy, the party with parliamentary majority should establish a parliamentary government under a leadership of the contesting parties. This should get us back on peace and develoipment track most rapidly.

God Save Kenya!!
