Dear fellow Kenyans:

As you may be aware, thousands of our fellow Kenyans have been forced

out of their homes by the violent unrest resulting from the recent

presidential elections. It is estimated that up to 500,000 people

–mainly children and women- are affected and urgently require

humanitarian assistance.

It is for that reason that we in the Diaspora for Peace in

Baltimore/Washington DC, urgently ask for your donations in form of

dry milk, non-perishable foods, clothes, personal hygiene kits for

women, diapers, blankets etc to aid violence-displaced families.

Monetary donations are also welcome to help with shipping.
