Guest guest
Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Kenya, I am writing to you today to share with you information about a challenge the organisation I head (Kenya Disabled Action Network) has entered into and is currently looking for online supporters to win a permanent spot on an online donation scheme known as GlobalGiving. Our project page is at: http://www.globalgiving.com/pr/2400/proj2364a.html Is GlobalGiving a trustworthy organization? Yes, not only does GlobalGiving require its projects to complete a rigorous Due Diligence process, but GlobalGiving guarantees satisfaction. GlobalGiving has been featured by the New York Times, NPR, and CNN and GlobalGiving works with a large network of partners, including Google, eBay, American Online, and Gap, Inc. For more information about why you can trust GlobalGiving, visit Charity Navigator. How do I know my donation is secure? All credit card donations are collected through a secure third party—VeriSign or Paypal. Because all transactions go through third parties, GlobalGiving does not receive or retain credit card numbers. Further, we will never release personal information to any outside party. What payment methods are accepted by GlobalGiving? GlobalGiving does not accept international checks. Donations can be made using credit cards or Visa or MasterCard debit cards only. Any donation is welcome from US$ 10 towards the project goal and this will enable us provide mobility aids to the first target of one hundred disabled youth to make a difference in their lives. We hope you can also encourage your friends and colleagues towards lending a hand in this course. NB: For Kenya Disabled Action Network to get a permanent spot on GlobalGiving for future fundraising initiative, we have to raise a minimum of US$ 3,000 (remaining US$ 1,406 to reach the target) with 75 individual donors ( 55 people remaining to hit the target) by 21st November 2008, you can help us reach there!! We have six days left. With Regards, Fredrick Ouko Executive Director,Kenya Disabled Action Networkwww.kedan.or.kekedan2@...
