Allow me introduce to you the Management for Development Foundation

East and Southern Africa (MDF-ESA).

MDF-ESA is part of MDF Training & Consultancy ( www.mdf.nl ), a

leading international management training and consulting firm

registered in The Netherlands with regional offices in Africa,

Europe, Indochina and South Asia. The MDF Group aims to strengthen

the management capacities of people and organisations working in

development and international cooperation.

Established in 2003 and with our regional headquarters based in

Arusha, Tanzania, and since January 2008 also a liaison office in

Nairobi, MDF-ESA delivers training and consultancy services adapted

to the East and Southern African context.

MDF-ESA training, facilitation and consultancy services focus on

three areas:

• Organizational Development

• Project and Programme Management

• Human Resource Management and Development

Throughout the year, we run 14 open entry courses in Arusha,

Tanzania ranging from one to two weeks. We also deliver tailor-made

courses that cater towards the specific needs of client

organizations in their work environment. Moreover, MDF-ESA can

provide a wide range of consultancy services such as assessments,

reviews, evaluations, strategic planning and change processes,

coaching for managers, workshop facilitation, etc.
