MDF-ESA is part of MDF Training & Consultancy ( www.mdf.nl ), a leading international management training and consulting firm registered in The Netherlands with regional offices in Africa, Europe, Indochina and South Asia. The MDF Group aims to strengthen the management capacities of people and organisations working in development and international cooperation. Established in 2003 and with our regional headquarters based in Arusha, Tanzania, and since January 2008 also a liaison office in Nairobi, MDF-ESA delivers training and consultancy services adapted to the East and Southern African context. We also deliver tailor-made courses that cater towards the specific needs of client organizations in their work environment.
