NGOS Action Africa Volunteers is a volunteer organization that was founded and registered in Kenya in 2001. The main objectives of the local Action Africa Volunteer programme are: 1. To promote inter-community and national cohesion through Volunteerism and community work 2. To design programs that target young graduate volunteers to support the community work and recently for reconstruction process through teaching in community schools,

conflict management and peace-building programs, counseling and life skills training 3. To help young graduates gain work experience to enable them access the job market through volunteer ism. We have placed over 100 graduates in organizations with most of

them being absorbed in the organizations when vacancies have arisen. Most organizations give allowances to volunteers. Presently, we have volunteer vacancies in the over 40 Health and Development NGOs all over the country in: · Accounts · Media and Communications · Marketing and PR · ICT · Peace Building · Community Development/ Social Work · Early Childhood Development · Counseling and HIV/AIDS Management ·

a copy of your resume and to pay non -refundable Kshs 1000 programme membership fee to help meet the administrative costs of the programme as we are not funded. Placement will be done on first pay, first served basis. Details for the individual programmes you applied for will be communicated to you when you visit our offices.
