This comes from my believe that the two principals will never agree to terminate the National Accord till its sale by date. High court has given two scenarios today. That of terminating the National accord so as to hold election in 2012 or wait till it expires next year. Of course you must agree

with Prof. Okot P'Bitek that " All african leaders are self seeking scoudrous, they think from their stomach rather than from their heads". What do you think? Henry
