Dear All,

Mr Altmann seems to be protesting too much. Comments on an e-mail discussion

group can hardly constitute libel, irrespective of the finer details of

Australian law. Unless of course, he would like us to consult an Australian

lawyer. I have such a person available in Sydney.

Besides, these threats should be enough reason for his expulsion from the

discussion group. That however is left to the moderator.

and intimidations should not be allowed to derail the issue – the need for

greater accountability of ICAAP. Please send the details of the Lawyer and any
