Hi alI,

I managed to catch up with the issue of Balbir Pasha campaign and the

outcry against it.

Per se, as a communications person with advertising and mass comm

experience, I find that largely on AIDS/HIV the messages in Andhra

Pradesh, the ones I had been seeing, are pathetic, (perhaps too

strong a word).

The communication for an issue of this nature needs to be handled

with a lot of sensitivity, subtlety, combined with mass appeal. And

should be approached thru a short and long term strategy.

Hopefully, this angle will be addressed.
