Lesa,

I don't have any specific info for you, but if you need some names of doctors

at Columbia, let me know. My son's PDA was repaired there by a specialist in

cardiac catheterization and his regular cardiologist practices there, too.

Friends of mine have also taken their children to Boston children's hospital

and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. These are also excellent hospitals

for pediatric cardiology. If you'd like I can get you names from these

hospitals as well.

Take care,

My son had his surgery at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia by Dr. s,

I think he is one of the top in the field. There was another Dr. there at

the time, Dr. Norwood, who pioneered surgery for children born with

hypoplastic (I think this is the term) and children would come from all over

the world to CHOP to have surgery from either Dr. Norwood or Dr. s.

I'm not sure where Norwood is now, but Dr. s is now doing surgery at

Dupont Hospital in Delaware.

After reading Diane Ferko's post, I am now thinking maybe s is at

Deborah, not Dupont. Do you know Diane?
