Guest guest
Back in 2002 when i was taking meds i made the decision that quality of life was more important than quantity, the meds made me feel terrible. i was constantly in the bathroom almost once every hour, I struggled to keep my eyes open. I was always tired. Felt like a zombie. Can't seem to locate my drug usage history right now but i do remember that one of the drugs were zerit, I would set my alarm clock so that i would take the meds at the same time every day, like six in the morning. The doctor warn me that the drugs would effect my kidneys. I began reading and trying to educate myself on Aids. That when i decided that i would stop taking the drugs. Over the years i spent my days working on fitness. i walked a minimum of 6 miles a day. i lift weights and body weight stayed around 218 lbs. what i fail to do was work on my immune system now i scrabbling to find that natural product that will enhance my a immunity. I wasn't consist with my supplements. I still believe that the body has the ability to heal itself My body weight is now 196 a decline in muscle mass zingit24
