rerouting surg does it exsist?

Ive been pos for about a year not on meds with cd4 of 428 and vl of

2160. My wife is neg and i'd like to keep her that way. I've looked all

over the net but havent been able to find any information to my

question and was wondering if such a surg exsist. If the problem with

sex with a pos male is the ejaculate, might it be possible to reroute

orgasmic fluids away from the tip of the penis and thereby protect ones

partner? If orgasam could still be acheived and fluids could be routed

through a tube away from ones partner Id gladly sign up for such a

surg. I was just wonering if such a procedure exsist, if so where I

might get more info and if not then why not?
