Guest guest
Was on local radio (Radio Wales) last night and it went quite well. Managed to balance out a few things Prof. Liam son had talked about in his huge press conference yesterday morning!! :-) One thing he said was that giving single jabs as an option for parents (no I dont agree with any jabs BUT its all about parents choices/rights) was like playing Russian Roulette!!!!! Boy was I mad!! I addressed that at the beginning of the show, I addressed son personally saying " Ill tell you what is irresponsible and playing Russian Roulette Mr son, MMR or nothing!! " The interviewer was a little stunned at first! LOL! I am so fed up with the half truths these people keep spouting! I know.......I shouldn't be surprised. Im not really, Im just fed up and angry! Am in the middle of all this right now and its soooooo frustrating(as a lot of you know more than me!) I just believe if they allow single vaccines, its a step in the right direction for other parents. Once parents start to look into the issue of vaccines, that's it! It's like opening a can o' worms! Well, thats how it was for me and several others Ive spoken to who now don't vaccinate any more.......that's why Im fighting for single vaccines as an option for those that want them. Right For Choice for everyone and Im sure those of you in the USA would agree its a good start and something worth fighting for too. Of course my friend and I are passing on lots of info. from our files to people regarding vaccines and their ingredients, side effects etc. at the same time! ;-) Sorry for the long post and bit of a rant! Guest guest
Suzanne, way to go! Sounds like you gave 'em hell! I have to say that yes, it is a disgrace that there is an effort to abolish single measles, mumps and rubella vaccines. However, that being said, I believe the drug industry is shooting itself in the foot with this particular strategy. I think it is the very fact that they wish to provide no options to the MMR that parents are being forced to investigate vaccine issues.
