Unlocking Autism needs your help!!

Hi everyone,

I am proud to be a state representative for Unlocking Autism. Many of us

were contributing participants to the moving photographic display of our

children in Washington, DC. We are now about to embark on another project.

One of empowering families. Every state needs representation. Every

representative needs a team. No contribution is too little. We know that

your family responsibilities are great. Perhaps you can only make phone

calls to your Representatives, maybe you can write a letter or two, or

perhaps you could send information in to your child's school. Any

contribution you can make will be appreciated. Please take a moment and

contact Unlocking Autism. Let them know what you can do. Please feel free to

forward this post to any parent or active member of Autism Awareness that you

feel may be interested. Thank you!

Still Time To Get On Board!!!!!!

We are so excited about all the plans UNLOCKING AUTISM has for the coming

months and for 2001. In an effort to include ALL STATES in our activities and

events we have begun appointing at least two interested, concerned and

dedicated people from each state as CO-State Representatives.

As we stated in our initial letter, " Unlocking Autism is seeking state

representatives to assist with the Open Your Eyes project. We are looking

for people who have time to commit to furthering the project, as well as

people who are dedicated and determined to make a difference in the autism

community by increasing awareness. We are looking for people who are

energetic with not only ideas to share but the ability to carry them out. "

We are VERY pleased with those who have stepped forward to join arm in arm

with us as we work for our children and adults in the autism spectrum. Please

give careful consideration as you read the list of states below that are

still in need of one or more Co State Reps and also team members to act as

support for the reps.

Many of these states already have one Rep and just need the second person to

make that team work. All the 50 states can use support team/helpers. We know

that your lives are busy, but if we each give what time we can, we will get

the job done!!!!
