Dear All:

We all know that change is inevitable. Yet, when change of guard occurs for a

successful program like NACO, it will be in order to salute the leader who so

tirelessly strived to accomplish excellence for the program. Some leaders leave

behind finger prints, others leave behind foot-prints; Mr. Rao is leaving behind

mile stones.The nation will ever be grateful for his contribution.

We wish him the best with his new assignment.
