Friends,

India's position regarding the screening of foreigners does not and should

not have much to do with what other countries are doing, openly or quietly.

India should do what is best in her interests; in the case of HIV, going by

what is established scientific truth will help.

When the floor is being cleaned, it makes sense to tell people not to walk

across the room while the floor is still wet from the mop. Is any such

mopping underway (quietly?) or being considered in India regarding HIV?
